Submit Paperwork Using your Mobile

Sun Life has added the option of submitting additional paperwork for health or dental claims using your mobile phone by simply snapping a photo using their mobile app available on Android and Apple devices. This can include a doctor’s note or additional supporting documentation. Members are still responsible for maintaining their original documents and receipts.

Each request for additional documentation will contain a reference number that will need to be included with submitted photos to a Sun Life representative.
