In the event of the death of an employee during the Regular Session, the Employer shall pay the employee's estate two (2) months' salary as a death benefit in addition to payment to the estate for that portion of the employee's monthly salary that has elapsed up to and including the date of death. If the death occurs during Spring and Summer Session, the Employer shall pay the balance of the stipend for the course or courses that the employee was teaching at the time of death.
